What you will do:

  • Lead development and execution of product marketing strategies that support business growth

  • Deep understanding of market, customer needs, preferences, and buying trends.

  • Lead on product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audience and differentiates our products in the market.

  • Create GTM strategies for new products and features, including launch plans, messaging, and content.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully launch new products.

  • Collaborate with product management to define product features and benefits that align with market needs and customer preferences.

  • Analyze and report on product performance including data on customer usage, market trends, and competitive activity to inform product development decisions and drive growth.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.

  • Develop marketing decks, data sheets, case studies, and white papers.

  • Work closely with sales to enable them to effectively sell our products and services through the creation of sales tools, scripts, training materials, product demos, and other resources.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, and customer success.

  • Manage and lead the product marketing team providing feedback, coaching, and creating development plans to help team members grow.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience working with B2B technology products and markets and ideally AI products

  • Strategic thinker and creative thinking able to develop innovative campaigns that stand out

  • Customer-led mentality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Proven leadership skills managing and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to effectively project manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
