What you’ll do:
- Develop Computer Vision algorithms for image segmentation, object detection, recognition, and tracking (particularly images of human faces and eyes)
- Lead a team of Computer Vision engineers to produce cutting edge products
- Continued contribution to enhancement and improvement of the core product
- Enhance the quality of imagery captured from low-end cameras
- Ongoing extraction of insights from imagery data
- Develop advanced models for implementation to improve the accuracy of the platform
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years experience in the Computer Vision Healthcare domain related to eye imaging
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Robotics or related fields
- Experience with a wide variety of Deep Learning Models (LSTM, RNN, CNN, GAN, etc)
- Familiar with Computer Vision techniques (object detection, object tracking, classification, image segmentation, etc)
- Experience in Machine learning and Computer Vision frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, etc
- Skilled software developer with experience in C/C++, Python, and/or CUDA
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
- At least 3 years of experience in ML and CV
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter and comfortable in a very fast-paced startup environment
- Experience processing medical images (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure (nice to have)
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (nice to have)
