The client is a fast-growing enterprise AI software & solutions company based in NYC. The CFO will partner with C-Suite level executives for
company-wide growth and development, and report directly to the CEO. You will lead the company financials with venture capital and institutional firms as they gear up for one more funding round preceding and IPO. You will oversee all Finance and Accounting functions and execute all aspects of day-to-day functions including capital raising, deal valuation, financial planning, variance analysis, financial reporting, AR & AP, payroll, and treasury-related activities. The skills needed to succeed include extensive M&A experience, strong track record of in-house capital raising, leadership, accounting, FP&A, and communication skills.
What you'll do:
Lead and oversee all financial functions within the company
Be the leader in the executive team to drive financial decisions within the company
Lead on acquisition and expansion projects
Be at the forefront of spearheading the company to the next stage of growth
Use quantitive analytics to drive metrics and progress the company
Work directly with the CEO in fundraising and growth ventures
Manage relations with top institutions and banks
What you need:
10+ years of financial leadership roles
Degree in finance, accounting, or business. CPA and/or CMA preferred
Strong FP&A skillset
Preferred: Mergers & acquisitions experience
A background in high growth business
