  • Build and manage key growth channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, social media, email marketing, and referral programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.

  • Develop and report on key growth metrics and KPIs to executive leadership.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in growth marketing.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or related field.

  • Experience leading and managing high-performing growth teams.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue at scale.

  • Expertise in using data and analytics to drive growth strategies and decisions.

  • Strong understanding of key growth channels, including paid acquisition, SEO, social media, email marketing, and referral programs.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
