  • You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth through paid social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for paid social campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid social media marketing and bring new ideas to the table to improve performance.

  • Test and experiment with new formats, audiences, and tactics to drive growth.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to drive growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, user acquisition, or related field.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through paid social media channels.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of paid social media platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field.
