This global post-IPO start-up is an industry leader in cloud-based call center solutions. Their machine learning team is looking for a Staff Applied Scientist (NLP) to shape the direction of AI and NLP technology for this rapidly growing group.
What You’ll Do
You’ll conduct disruptive NLP engineering to solve bleeding-edge problems in the AI space.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand high-impact problems and use NLP/AI to create solutions.
Provide End-to-end System Design and Implementation for complex multi-component AI systems.
Act as the technical lead for the NLP team - overseeing work, providing feedback, and mentorship.
Work with the software development teams to assist in the productization of models.
Keep updated with state-of-the-art developments in AI, ML, and NLP
What You’ll Need
Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of software experience
5+ years of experience in designing and delivering production systems at scale
5+ years of experience working with conversational data
Strong experience with programs Python, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and spaCy
Strong experience MLOps techniques
