  • You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth through various paid marketing channels

  • You will lead a team of performance marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Manage a team of performance marketers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to drive growth.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for performance marketing campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and bring new ideas to the table to improve performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

  • Test and experiment with new channels, formats, and tactics to drive growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or related field.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through paid marketing channels.

  • Experience managing high-performing performance marketing teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Knowledge of performance marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field.
