What you will do
Develop advanced AI models, especially generative AI and large language models.
Stay updated on AI advances, focusing on reinforcement learning for fine-tuning.
Evaluate and enhance model performance.
Collaborate with other teams and mentor junior members.
Present research to various audiences.
Establish partnerships for research.
What you will need to succeed
Ph.D. or equivalent experience in AI or related field.
10+ years of AI research experience.
Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
Leadership experience.
Strong communication skills.
Onsite in Venice, CA (potential for remote work).
Experience deploying large language models.
Familiarity with frameworks like Langchain.
Knowledge of enterprise security.
Experience with Enterprise SaaS.
