What you will do
Lead a team of developers for robotics systems and software
Develop autonomous capabilities for mobile robotics products
Coach the team on software algorithm development for autonomous systems
Ensure mobile product software readiness within budget
Plan, manage, and report project initiatives
Collaborate with other department leads for overall product goals
Gather and prioritize product feedback for enhancements
What you will need to succeed
Strong background in SLAM
Proficiency in software development techniques
Experience in geometry-based Computer Vision
Familiarity with Cartographer
5-7 years in autonomous robotics system development
5-7 years in product development
7-10 years in team leadership
