​We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Coordinator to spearhead marketing and sales initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, managing sales processes, conducting insightful market research, organizing promotional events, and collaborating across teams to boost engagement and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote tourism in Kurdistan, including digital, print, and social media platforms.

    • Develop engaging content for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts.

  2. Sales Coordination:

    • Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management.

    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  3. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.

    • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and sales efforts.

  4. Event Management:

    • Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Kurdistan as a travel destination.

    • Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site event execution.

  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

  6. Reporting:

    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.

    • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales coordination, preferably in the tourism or travel industry.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
