Responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
What you will do:
Develop and manage CRM marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, etc) across various stages of the customer journey, including welcome, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
Test and experiment with new channels, formats, and tactics to drive growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology partners.
Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
What you will need to succeed:
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, tools, and technologies.
Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field.
