  • Responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage CRM marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, etc) across various stages of the customer journey, including welcome, activation, retention, and reactivation.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.

  • Test and experiment with new channels, formats, and tactics to drive growth.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to drive growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for lifecycle marketing campaigns.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through lifecycle marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field.
