What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that includes SEO, SEM, social media, email, referral, and other channels.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.

  • Test and experiment with new channels, formats, and tactics to drive growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to improve the user experience and drive engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for growth marketing campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and bring new ideas to the table to improve performance.

  • Work with the content team to develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives user engagement and loyalty.

  • Develop and implement a customer retention program to increase user loyalty and reduce churn.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or related field.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of growth marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field.
