What you'll do:
Lead a growing Perception team focused on image-based detection and deep learning applied to 3D computer vision tasks (real-time object depth estimation, detection and tracking, segmentation, and optical flow estimation with large data sets)
Act as a technical architect for your teams while developing perception capabilities in a hands-on role
Partner with the Engineering team on sensor selection and computer architecture decision-making
Work on cutting-edge, top industry/academic trends in AI and Perception
What you'll need to succeed:
Ph.D. preferred in STEM fields
5+ years of experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning development
2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or strong abilities in leadership
Strong understanding of Stereo Computer Vision tasks
Sufficient understanding of compute architectures
Hands-on coding with Python/Pytorch
